Park Rules

You must stop and register at the office upon arrival. All RVs are escorted to their site after check-in. Rent is payable in full upon arrival. Check-in time is 1:00 pm, if early check-in is available there is an additional $10 fee. Rents are not refundable for any reason, including, but not limited to, early departures.

Our policy on site selection is seasonal reservations (3-months or more) take priority over shorter stays. Seasonal guests may reserve a specific site, if available. Although special requests or specific sites will be accommodated as possible, please understand that they cannot be guaranteed.

Rates are guaranteed at the time of confirming a reservation. Any modifications to existing reservations are subject to new rates and conditions at the time.

We accept cash, checks and credit cards. A 2.75% fee will be added to all electronic transactions.

All reservations require a non-refundable deposit. Reservations for one (1) week or longer require a deposit of $100.00. Shorter stays (under one (1) week) require one night payment to hold your reservation. Deposits must be made within 7 days of your reservation being made or it may be cancelled. Deposits are not transferable.

Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel at least 7 days prior to your arrival date, the deposit will be placed on your account as a credit, available for use on reservations for up to 12 months (from the cancellation date). At the end of that 12 month period, any remaining balance will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.

Check-out time is 11:00 am. If a late check-out is available, there is an additional $10 fee. Any check-out after 3:00 pm will be charged for another night.

Site Occupancy: Only one (1) RV is permitted per site and up to two (2) passenger vehicles are permitted per site. OHV’s, ATV, motorcycles, bicycles and similar vehicles are allowed in addition to RV and 2 passenger vehicles. All vehicles must fit within the site and not encroach on your neighbor’s access, common areas or the roads. Please do not drive or park on the concrete patio pads. On street parking is not permitted.

Guests are allowed, but they must park on the north side of the clubhouse or in the dirt area on the southeast side of the Park. Any overnight parking of guest vehicles must be approved by a member of the management team. Tenants are responsible for the conduct and behavior of their guests. Please notify the office when overnight guests arrive. Guests are allowed for a maximum of 30 days. A maximum of two (2) guests per site is

allowed at no additional cost. More than two (2) guests per site incur an additional charge of $3.00 per day, per guest.

The speed limit in the Park is 9.7 mph. This speed limit is enforced for all motorized vehicle types including RV’s, cars, ATV’s, golf carts, e-bikes, etc. Vehicle speed limits must be observed. Vehicles must be operated in a safe, courteous and cautious manner.

RV must be 15 years or newer. Any RV that is 16 years or older must have the prior approval of management before being placed on the Park property. Current vehicle registration is required on all vehicles. We do not accept pop-up tent trailers, converted buses, van conversions, or horse trailers. Tent camping is not allowed.

Quiet times are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please be considerate of your neighbors and schedule RV washes or other allowed services accordingly. If you experience problems, please call the office 928-927-8810. As a courtesy, do not walk through other people’s sites. ATV’s and motorcycles are to be driven in and out of the Park. No joy riding within the Park, take it out into the desert.
